Help us improve the health of our communities As the philanthropic arm of Commonwealth Health Corporation (CHC), Commonwealth Health Foundation helps to build relationships and partnerships across Southcentral Kentucky that will inspire charitable giving by individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations. These gifts help to support the mission of CHC to care for people and improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. Commonwealth Health Foundation’s philanthropic program is currently focused on attracting national, regional and local support for the Commonwealth Health Free Clinic. The Commonwealth Health Free Clinic provides basic medical and dental services to individuals who are in the work force but do not have insurance or any form of social assistance and do not have the means to pay for their healthcare. With your help we can build a healthier future for the men, women and children in our area now and for future generations.
