HISTORY The Commonwealth Health Foundation was formed in December 2000 for the purpose of fostering, supporting and initiating activities for the advancement of the healthcare objectives of Commonwealth Health Corporation. The establishment of the Foundation allows CHC to promote volunteerism and philanthropy through community participation and partnerships. By raising funds to provide programs, services and facilities in our community, the Foundation will enable CHC to be an innovative leader for community health improvement and a lasting legacy for health in our region. |
