General Joseph Warren Society

The General Joseph Warren Society is a distinguished group of benefactors who support the advancement of healthcare services, recognized with the highest honor. They acknowledge and believe in the importance of high quality healthcare services and how those services impact the quality of life in our communities.

Lifetime membership in the Warren Society is awarded to individuals who commit $10,000 or more to Commonwealth Health Foundation. This may be fulfilled by one single payment, in annual payments over a period of five or less years, or a payment schedule that meets your needs.

Your donation will be calculated cumulatively and will include all gifts (excluding ticket purchases) made to the Foundation: pledge payments, unsolicited gifts, tribute gifts, event sponsorships, fair market value of auction items donated, amount paid for auction items, and in-kind donations.

Recognition

Commonwealth Health Foundation extends special recognition to this distinguished group of caring citizens.
Recognition in various health system publications.
Recognition at an annual social event where new members will be honored and presented with a personal gift of appreciation.
Special invitations to CHC and Foundation functions, such as dedications, open houses and other special events.

All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by current law. The Foundation recommends that you check with your personal tax advisor as to the deductibility of your gift.

General Joseph Warren

The Warren Society was named after General Joseph Warren, a martyr of the Battle of Bunker Hill and the man after which Warren County was named. General Warren is engraved in the pages of American history as a man born and raised to inaugurate the glorious struggle for freedom. In the same respect, members of the Warren Society are staking their place in history and giving to a great cause -- the health of their fellow citizens.
