The Business Honor Roll of the Commonwealth Health Foundation was established to recognize businesses that support the advancement of healthcare in Southcentral Kentucky. It was founded by the Business Relations Committee.  Funds raised through the Business Honor Roll will provide financial assistance to support the mission of the Commonwealth Health Foundation. The Foundation was established to support the not-for-profit healthcare objectives of Commonwealth Health Corporation. Business Honor Roll members will help promote the continued excellence in technology and services provided by Commonwealth Health Corporation.

Your company is cordially invited to join this select group of business and industry leaders by participating in the Business Honor Roll. Contributions from the business community will provide funds not otherwise available for making significant and exciting improvements in the quality of healthcare in our communities.

Membership

Your company can become a member of the Business Honor Roll through a gift of $3,000 or more which can be pledged over a three-year period. A partnership between your company and the Foundation is advantageous to all. When you support the Foundation, you are not only assisting the healthcare community - you are helping yourself, your employees and your fellow neighbors.

We also encourage you to help us in our recruitment of other interested businesses. Our goal is to actively involve the entire business community in improving the health of the communities we serve.

Benefits

Participation in the Business Honor Roll signifies your commitment to our community. To acknowledge your support, your company will receive the following special benefits:

• Company name prominently featured on a beautiful, permanent display at The Medical Center (Bowling Green), Commonwealth Health Corporation's most recognized facility.
• An annual wellness or disease management presentation conducted on site.
• Public recognition in various health system publications.
• Individual recognition through a special corporate gift.
• Special invitations to CHC and Foundation functions, such as dedications, open houses, and other special events.

All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by current law. The Foundation recommends that you check with your personal tax advisor as to the deductibility of your gift.
