The Heritage Circle of the Commonwealth Health Foundation was established to recognize and honor those individuals who support the advancement of healthcare in Southcentral Kentucky.  These individuals have demonstrated their philanthropic support through planned giving.

Your membership in the Heritage Circle will provide financial assistance to support the mission of the Commonwealth Health Foundation.  Your contribution will provide funds not otherwise available for making significant and exciting improvement in the quality of healthcare.  Your legacy will be healthier communities for future generations to enjoy.

An Invitation

If you have made, or plan to make Commonwealth Health Foundation a beneficiary of a planned gift, you are invited to join the Heritage Circle.  A planned gift to the Heritage Circle may take many forms:

• A bequest in a will
• Establishment of a trust or endowment fund
• A gift of life insurance or annuities
• Stocks or real estate

Benefits

Membership in the Heritage Circle signifies your commitment to ensuring healthier communities.  To acknowledge your support, you will receive the following special benefits:

• Member's names will be prominently featured on a beautiful donor wall in The Medical Center, Commonwealth Health Corporation's most recognized facility.
• Members will be honored and presented with a personal gift of appreciation.
• Members will be appropriately recognized in various health system publications.
• Members will receive special invitations to Corporate and Foundation functions, such as dedications, open houses and other special events.

All gifts are tax deductible as allowed by current law.  The Foundation recommends that you check with your personal tax advisor as to the deductibility of your gift.
