Email Policy
When you submit a request for additional information to the Commonwealth
Health Foundation, we will ask for your email or mailing address so that we can
provide you with a response to your inquiry. We maintain a strict
"No-Spam" policy which means that we will not sell, lease, or otherwise give
your email address to a third-party, without your consent. In addition,
Commonwealth Health Foundation will not send you email that you have not agreed
